So are you saying a criminal from another maybe less to do town who happens to visit your lovely community robs someone at gunpoint will not go harm another living soul if you allow the police to just let him run away. I'm confused. You can catch him with a description later. Wouldn't that still be considered a chase? What a wonderful idea. After your daughter gets raped and robbed just allow him to get away and do it again. Just to avoid paying insurance that your supposed to provide anyway. And to my astonishment, your police force goes right along with your idiotic plan. Does anyone have common sense anymore. Throw her out of office. If your not going to chase any suspects then shoot to kill. Trust me, if i, or any of my family get injured by a criminal because the police were told not to chase a suspect, you better be danmed sure i'm bringing a class action lawsuit against you and everyone responsible.
