Berryville, Ar Tim McKinney
It seems that the mayor of Berryville, Ar likes the wacky tobacky. He has just been stopped and cited for possession of Marijuana as well as a DUI for the second time in less than a year. He has been Mayor of Berryville since 1991. Well, my first thought is did he use the old ” Do you know who I am” question? He stated that he was merely just returning this here Marijuana to someone. As for the DUI, I wonder who he was trying to return that to?
