Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon is set to go to trial in September on charges she stole gift cards intended for needy families and used them for a holiday shopping spree.
This is really the bottom of the barrel. I mean come on, how cold is it in Baltimore? It seems to me if you were needy in Baltimore, you are needy. Way to go sheila…. It appears that money is the main focus in politics. I just wonder how many people would run for office if the money factor was removed?

Let me tell you a little about Sheila! First, Sheila is a racist. She has demonstrated that repeatedly. She acquired the nickname “Shoe” not from her love of Jimmy Chu shoes but as a City Council Member banging her shoe on the podium (like a former Communist Leader of the Soviet Union) accusing members of the Council of being racist. Sheila loves fur coats. She also loves big money. She had an affair with a developer in Baltimore (approved for him while on the Board of Estimates tax breaks for his projects, but she blames it on the Mayor now Governor who I doubt seriously was having sex with Mr. Lipscomb in Chicago and parading around in furs given to her) and says she did nothing wrong. This is a woman who encouraged the Council to cut pay for police and fire but gave herself a pay raise (she later gave it to her church after a big stink), and then gave 2 of her assistants huge pay raises. This is after Baltimore projects a $65 million shortfall next year. She’s a piece of work. More later.

I had a little run-in with sheila and it wasn’t pleasant. Not a big thing, but she made it clear that she did not like my color… Why is it that when the chips are down and everything is blowing up in their face, the race card comes out. These are people who have achieved by ill means and then when it all starts to come apart, they want to throw the race card.
On the day of my run-in she was throwin’ tude and being rude. Good for you Sheila. I hope you rot in a Federal pen where you have to serve all the ladies breakfast every morning….

Actually Shoe will get to go to Jessup Women’s Correctional Institute in Jessup, MD. But all they wear there are orange jumpsuits and sandals … poor Sheila. No Jimmy Chu shoes and no fur coats to make her feel all warm and toasty! This woman is a piece of work. Twice since January 19, the Obama Administration has distanced themselves from her (once in Baltimore the Secret Service made her stand across the street because she is an indicted felon). My only concern is that Bam-Bam (Gov Martin O’Malley) will pardon Sheila and not remove her from office. In Maryland ONLY the Governor has the authority to remove a convicted lawmaker from office. BTW, O’Malley preceded Shoe as Mayor and made her the Mayor!

After doing a 23 hour shift at my job during hurricane Isabel, I joined my hubby to volunteer at the emergency response center to try to get ice and water to those affected by the hurricane. While trying to assist outside. “Ole’ Ferret face” herself pulled up in her vehicle and practically ran me down and splashed water all over my clothes. Now when this poor excuse of a human being came out of her car, I stood there to see if she would at least apoligize to me. On the contrary! She looked right through me as if I didn’t exist and proceeded to walk her “10 miles of bad road behind” inside the building. I was fit to be tied! It took all the strength God could give me not to grab her by ” desperately in need of a wash” hair! All I can say is what she has done in darkness will be shouted from the roof tops!

I hate to admit this, but I would have beat her scrawny little ass so bad, they would have had to have csi to come in and find her.
She has duped all of us and now this is what we have to show for it. it has embarrassed our city and made us a laughing stock. We have a beautiful city and we have been bullied by racism and utter disrespect.
It is so obvious and plain what she has done. Please don’t let some smart ass attorney come in here and make us bend over and take it. She has been caught before and nothing happened. The thought of this little piss ant laughing at us again makes me sick to my stomach……….

After reading these I can see why she needs a black belt.. she got out of charges before and she will get out again… I just wish an official would pay for their crimes.

Sure Mobtown politicans rule City Hall in Charm City. The Wire was a poltely fictionalized vision of the vicious behavior evident in every nook and cranny of politics both at the local and state level.
Now we have the spectacle of a ruthless City Council President already asserting her control over a City whose Mayor is considered totally damaged goods.
MOM will pardon Dixon to make sure she keeps her mouth shut. She will be rewarded for her crimes with a high-paying job as a trade lobbyist for the State of Maryland and Rawlings-Blake will rule!
Beware those of you that voted for Sarbanes for Council President. She knows where you live!
Look at the bright side: the next Mayor is a heavy-weight who is unlikely to sign off on any new laws banning trans-fats and twinkies!

Well, what was funnier was that on the first day of her court hearnigs she held a fundraiser!!! Yes, a fundraiser on the day of court proceedings about bribery and other serious ethics lapses.
It all goes back to pay-to-play dirty development in Baltimore. She really wasn’t the moving and shaker. Martin O’Malley, who was Mayor then, was the muscle with votes, pay-to-play schemes, etc. Two developers donating to him have been fined or face indictment.
Take a look at his charts. The guy got $54,000 from Ruppert. One developer, $54,000. I mean, wtf?!

I don’t how this simpleton ever got voted into office in the first place. I was through with She-La-La when she proposed saving the skanky, Eldorado’s Men’s Club because it was a black owned business. Apparently the owner (a convicted felon) is a good friend of hers. Hopefully soon, they will have a lot more in common than friendship.
