It looks like Steve-o has been cleared by the police investigating a threat to kill himself as well as his wife Michelle. After investigating the Mayor of Gilbert, Az, Steve Berman, the police have concluded that the allegations were unfounded.

The Brownsville mayor has been indicted in the “Mysterious Check” debacle that somehow landed a $26,139 check in his personal account. The Mayor claimed that it was a setup or a mistake, but apparently the law sees it a little differently.
